Delete your account and data
You can leave the Padiam panel and have your data deleted at any time. You do not have to give a reason, and it will not affect any incentive or payment already owed to you.
How to request deletion
Email padiam@cincorios.co from the Google account you use with the app, with the subject “Delete my Padiam Panel account”. If you can, include your panel member ID — it is shown on the app’s main screen and looks like PK-KHI-00001. If you cannot find it, send the request anyway; we will identify you from your email address.
What happens next
- We confirm receipt within 3 working days.
- Measurement stops immediately. You should also uninstall the app, which stops all collection on the device itself.
- Your data is deleted within 30 days, and we confirm in writing when it is done.
What gets deleted
- Your account and Google email address
- Your device identifier and device profile
- Your complete viewing and app-usage history
- Any location readings
- Your enrolment record, including the demographic information collected when you joined
What does not get deleted
Audience figures already published to clients are aggregate — totals across many panel members, containing nothing that identifies you. Those published figures are not recalculated, because no part of them can be traced back to you. Nothing that identifies you survives deletion.
We are honest that this is currently a manual process handled by a person, not an automated button. It is deliberately simple and we do not delay it, but if you have not heard from us within 3 working days, email again and say so.
