Request a copy of your data
You can ask to see everything we hold about you. There is no charge, and you do not have to give a reason.
How to request your data
Email padiam@cincorios.co from the Google account you use with the app, with the subject “Copy of my Padiam Panel data”. Include your panel member ID if you know it — it is shown on the app’s main screen and looks like PK-KHI-00001.
What you will receive
A machine-readable file (JSON or CSV) containing:
- Your panel member record and enrolment details
- Your account email and device profile
- Your full viewing history — videos, watch time, and ads recorded
- Your app-usage history
- Any location readings held
Timing
We confirm receipt within 3 working days and send your data within 30 days. We verify that the request comes from the account it concerns before sending anything, which is why the request must come from your own email address.
Corrections
If something in your record is wrong — a demographic detail recorded incorrectly at enrolment, for example — reply and tell us, and we will correct it. Accurate panel composition is in our interest as much as yours.
As with deletion, this is currently a manual process handled by a person. If you have not heard back within 3 working days, email again and say so.
